$\phi_{1}= BAN =1 \times 0.01 \times 80$
$\phi_{1}=0.8\, wb$
$\phi_{2}=0$
$e =-\frac{\left(\phi_{2}-\phi_{1}\right)}{ t }$
$=-\left(\frac{0-0.8}{2}\right)=4\, V$
