Haber’s process : $NH_{3}$ is manufactured from $N_{2}$ and $H_{2}$ using Fe as catalyst (heterogeneous catalysis)
Contact process: In the manufacture of $H_{2}SO_{4}$, $SO_{2}$ is oxidised to $SO_{3}$ using platinised asbestos or $V_{2}O_{5}$ as catalyst (heterogeneous catalysis).
Ostwald process : In the manufacture of $HNO_{3}$ $NH_{3}$ is oxidised to $NO$ using $Pt$ as catalyst (heterogeneous catalysis).
Lead chamber process : $SO_{2}$ is oxidised to $SO_{3}$ in the presence of $NO$ as catalyst (homogeneous catalysis)
