Work done per cycle is given by area of the PV curve
$=\frac{1}{2}\times \left(\right.30-10\left.\right)\left(\right.8-2\left.\right)$ [from given]
$=\frac{1}{2}\times 20\times 6=60 \, $
The cycle is repeated 100 times, so work done
$=60\times 100=6000$
As we know,
$Power=\frac{W o r k \, d o n e}{T i m e \, t a k e n}$
$=\frac{6000}{60}=100 \, W$
