Solution:

Work done per cycle is given by area of the PV curve
$=\frac{1}{2} \times(30-10)(8-2)$ [from given]
$=\frac{1}{2} \times 20 \times 6=60\, J$
The cycle is repeated 100 times, so work done
$=60 \times 100=6000\, J$
As we know,
Power $=\frac{\text { Work done}}{\text {Time taken}}$
$=\frac{6000}{60}=100\, W$
