Net work done by the gas $=$ Area enclosed in $P - V$ curve, i.e., area of $\Delta ABC$
$=\frac{1}{2} \times 4 \times 10^{-3} \times 2 \times 10^{5}$
$=4 \times 10^{2}=400 J$
