Ideal gas equation is $ PV=RT\Rightarrow PV\propto T $ Hence, $ \frac{{{P}_{1}}{{V}_{1}}}{{{T}_{1}}}=\frac{{{P}_{2}}{{V}_{2}}}{{{T}_{2}}} $ $ \frac{30V}{300}=\frac{1\times 10V}{{{T}_{2}}} $ $ {{T}_{2}}=\frac{300\times 10}{30}=100K=-173{{\,}^{o}}C $
