Pressure = $ \frac{ force }{ area } = \frac{ F }{ L^2 } $
$ \therefore \frac{ dp }{ p } \times 100 = \bigg( \frac{ dF }{ F } + \frac{ 2 dL }{ L} \bigg) \times 100 $
= 4 + 2 $ \times $ 2 = 8%
