Solution:

Current required by each bulb,
$ i= \frac {P}{V}= \frac {100}{220}A $
In n bulbs are joined in parallel, then
$ ni=i_{fuse} $
or $ n \times \frac {100}{220}=10 \, or \, n=22 $
