$m=10kgandK=radiusofgyration=50m$
So $I=\left(\right.10\left.\right)\left(\right.50\left(\left.\right)^{2}$ (from eq. $\left(\right.ii\left.\right)$ )
So $I=2.5\times 10^{4}kgm^{2}$
Now from eq. $\left(\right.i\left.\right)$ $\left(10\right)^{5}=2.5\times \left(10\right)^{4}\left(\right.\alpha \left.\right)$
So $\alpha =4rads^{- 2}$
