Solution:

$m=+\frac{1}{n}=-\frac{v}{u} \Rightarrow v=-\frac{u}{n}$
By using mirror formula $\frac{1}{f}=\frac{1}{-\frac{u}{n}}+\frac{1}{u}$
$\Rightarrow u=-(n-1) f$
