$R _{1}=\frac{1}{8 kd }, R _{2}=\frac{4}{3 kd } $
$R _{3}=\frac{1}{2 kd }, R _{4}=\frac{4}{5 kd }$
$R _{5}=\frac{1}{24 kd }$
