Given, electric field produced by charged conductor in vacuum,
$E_{0}=10^{3} V / m$
Electric field produced by charged conductor; when it is placed in medium of
dielectrics $(K=4) \text { is } E=\frac{E_{0}}{K}=\frac{10^{3}}{4}=250 V / m$
