According to Gauss’s theorem
Electric flux through the sphere $=\frac{q}{\varepsilon_{0}}$
$\therefore \,$ Electric flux through the hemisphere
$=\frac{1}{2}\frac{q}{\varepsilon_{0}}$
$=\frac{10\times10^{-6}}{2\times8.854\times10^{-12}}$
$=0.56\times10^{6} Nm^{2}C^{-1}$
$\approx0.6\times10^{6} Nm^{2} C^{-1}$
$=6\times10^{5}Nm^{2}C^{-1}$
