Applying, $v^{2}-u^{2}=2as$
$a=g\,cos\left(90-\theta\right)$
$= g\,\sin\,\theta$
$v^{2}=2g\,\sin\,\theta\left(L-b\right)$
$v=\sqrt{2g\,\sin\,\theta\left(L-b\right)}$
