Solution:

Karyokinesis results in the formation of two nuclei inside a cell and then it is followed by division of cytoplasm (cytokinesis), thus forming two daughter'cells. Cytokinesis may occur by cell furrow method and cell plate method. The cell plate method is characterstic of plant cells. Here vesicles provided by golgi apparatus unite to form phragmoplasts which joins to form cell plate. Cell furrow method is observed in animals.
