As $R_{A}<\,R_{B}, \frac{m v^{2}}{R_{A}} >\,\frac{m v^{2}}{R_{B}}$
$\frac{-m v^{2}}{R_{A}}<\,\frac{-m v^{2}}{R_{B}}$
$mg-\frac{m v^{2}}{R_{A}}<\,mg-\frac{m v^{2}}{R_{B}}$
$\Rightarrow N_{A}<\, N_{B}$
