Solution:

Speed of every car is 60 km/h Distance between two stations = 60 km Time taken by car to reach the other station $ =\frac{60}{60}=1\,h=60\,\min $ Number of car leaving the station $ X $ in 60 min $ =\frac{60}{10}=6 $ When 1st car reaches the station Y the car sixth just starts its journey. The car Y will encounter the number of cars coming from X in route $ =6+5=11 $ .
