$\frac{v^{2}}{Rg} = \left(\frac{\mu_{s} + \tan \theta}{1 - \mu_{s} \tan\theta}\right) $
$\Rightarrow v = \sqrt{Rg \left[\frac{\mu_{s} + \tan\theta}{1- \mu_{s} \tan\theta}\right]} $
