Given, $m =0.3 \,kg$ and $1=0.8\, m$
$\because T_{A}-T_{C}=6\, mg$
The tension at the lowest point $T_{A}=6\, mg$
$\left[\because T_{C}=0\right]$
$=6 \times 0.3 \times 9.8=17.6\, N$
