Equation of motion of horse is $F-f=M a$
or $F=M a +f$
Force of friction
$f=\mu_{k} N=\mu_{k} M g$
So, $F=M a+\mu_{k} M g$
$=M\left(a+\mu_{k} g\right)$
$\therefore F=(500+1500)(1+0.2 \times 10)$
$\Rightarrow F=6000\, N$
