$I_{r m s}=\frac{V}{X_{C}}=\frac{150}{\frac{1}{\omega C}}$
$=150\times \omega C$
$=150\times 2\pi f\times C$
$=150\times 2\times 3.14\times 60\times 30\times 10^{- 6}$
$=1.6956 \, A\sim eq1.7 \, A$
