Solution:

Power = $100W$ , Voltage = $200V$
The resistance of bulb = $\frac{\textit{V}^{2}}{\textit{P}}=\frac{2 0 0 \times 2 0 0}{1 0 0}=400\Omega$
When the bulb is connected across $160V$ ,
Current in bulb = $\frac{1 6 0}{4 0 0}\text{A }$
Power consumption = $\textit{VI}=160\times \frac{1 6 0}{4 0 0}$ $=64W$
