$\frac{\text{Volume of cube submerged}}{\text{Total volume}}$
$=\frac{\text { density of cube material }}{\text { density of water }}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{10-4}{10}=\frac{d}{1}$
$\therefore d=\frac{6}{10}=0.6\, g\, cm ^{-3}$
