Solution:

$=1-\frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}=1-\frac{350}{T_{1}}=0.3$
$0.7 T_{1}=350$
therefore $T_{1}=\frac{350}{0.7}=500 \,K=227^{\circ} C$
