Milli equivalents of $H _{2} SO _{4}$
$=N \times V=10 \times 50=500$
Milli equivalents of $HCl$
$=N \times V=12 \times 25=300$
Milli equivalents of $HNO _{3}$
$=N \times V=5 \times 40=200$
Total milli equivalents
$=500+300+200=1000$
Total volume $=1000 \,mL$
Milli equivalents $=N \times V$
$1000=N \times 1000$
$N=\frac{1000}{1000}=1 \,N$
