The bulk modulus of elasticity at a constant temperature
$PV=nRT$
$\frac{d P}{P}=\frac{d V}{V}$
$B= \, -\frac{d P}{d V / V}$
$B=P$
$B=\frac{n R T}{V}=\frac{ \, R \left(400\right)}{1^{3}}=400R$
