Solution:

$\phi \propto q$ ...(i)
After addition flux becomes $\phi'$.
$\phi' \propto q '$ ...(ii)
$\frac{\phi'}{\phi}=\frac{ q ^{1}}{ q }=\frac{100}{20}=5$
$\phi'=5 \phi$
change influx $\Delta \phi=\phi'-\phi=4 \phi$
