$C_{x}H_{y}+O_{2} \rightarrow xCO_{2}+\frac{y}{2} H_{2}O$
$\begin{matrix}0.2&\\ 0&0.2x \frac{y}{2}\times0.2\end{matrix}$
given $0.2x = 8$
$\begin{matrix}x=4\\ 0.1y =0.1\\ y=10\end{matrix}$
$\therefore C_{4}H_{10}$
