Solution:

A tRNA has (i) amino acid (AA) binding (ii) anticodon loop (iii) TYC loop (iv) DHU loop and (v) variable extra arm. The AA binding site recognises the specific amino acid and binds with it, anticodon loop recognises the codon on mRNA and binds with it. TYC loop helps the tRNA to attach with ribosome. DHU loop binds with aminoacyl synthetase enzyme while the exact role of extra arm is not known.
