In the hydrides of group number five, the boiling
points changes as
238.5KNH3>185.5KPH3254.6K<AsH3254.6K<SbH3290K<BiH3∴ Generally mass increases then boiling point increases.
The higher boiling point of NH3 is due to excessive
hydrogen bonding, so PH3 have lowest boiling point
among hydrides of group number 15, i.e. nitrogen
family.
