Solution:

Some cells in an adult animal do not divide, e.g., nerve cell etc. In nerve cells centriole is absent so they neither can divide nor can repair.
whereas many cells occasionally divide, just to replace the cell lost due to injury or cell death.
Embryo cells have capability of cell division for growth and development of embryo.
Similarly epithelial cells of lining also have capability of division. Due to continuous peristaltic movement epithelial cells of gut are destroyed which can be replaced by the process of cell division.
