Solution:
Introns are non-coding regions of an RNA transcript, or the DNA encoding it, that are eliminated by splicing before translation. Introns are present in DNA, spliceosome complex forms during removal of introns.
The non-coding part is 98% of the total genome, functional mRNA has no introns, if it is made to hybridize with hnRNA then at certain stages the unpaired loops can be observed in the microscope.
