Solution:
Let the weight of bucket be xkg and the weight of water completely full be ykg.
According to the problem, x+2y=10...(i)
and x+32y=11...(ii)
On solving Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get x=7,y=6 ∴ Total weight, when bucket is completely full is (x+y)kg
i.e. 7+6=13kg
