Solution:
Material can move in and out of the nucleus through nuclear pore. Especially, the RNA molecule is synthesized in the nucleolus and for protein synthesis in the cytoplasm they come out through the nuclear pore of the nucleus. The synthesized protein moves to the nucleus to perform replication, transcription etc. Plasmodesmata are the small pores in plant where the movement of all the molecules takes place, they are the place for communication between plant cells. Kinetochores are proteinaceous structure present at the side of the centromere for the attachment of spindle fibre during cell division.
