Nutrient mobility facilitates the identification of deficiencies in plant nutrients. Mobile nutrients such as nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, etc. can move from one part of the plant to the other part as per the requirement. While the immobile nutrients remain in their original place. They do not move to other parts that require them. Such nutrients include calcium, chlorine, copper, silicon etc.
