Cardiac muscle tissues occur only in heart. This muscle is striated but controlled involuntarily unlike skeletal muscle and can continue to function without being stimulated by nerve impulse. The cardiac muscle, like skeletal muscle, contracts quickly but never get fatigued because it rests and works for equal duration.
