Solution:

Stamens in the flower form the male reproductive part. Stamens have the filament stalk that holds the anther at tip region. Anther contains the pollen sac where pollen grains are formed and released during pollination process.
Stamens in flowers of brinjal are found attached to the petal and this condition is called as epipetalous. Epipyllous is the condition when stamens are attached to the perianth, as observed in lily.
When stamens are bundled together, it is called adelphous. If only one bundle is formed- monoadelphous- seen in china rose. And if many bundles then it is called polyaldelphous, seen in citrus plants.
