Due to rise in temperature, decrease in pH and increase in CO2 concentration, the rate of oxyhaemoglobin dissociation is also increased So, the oxygen dissociation curve shifts to right, while left shift of oxyhaemoglobin curve is noticed under low CO2 concentration, low temperature and high pH.
