Solution:

Immunity can be classified as innate and acquired. Innate immunity is present since birth and consists of many barriers. These include physical, physiological and cellular barriers. Physical barriers include skin and epithelium. Physiological barriers are chemical barriers and incude saliva, HCl, and tears. Cellular barriers include interleukin, interferons, white blood cells, macrophages, natural killer cells etc. Kupffer cells are macrophages of liver and polymorphonuclear cells are WBC and both are included in cellular barriers. Anti-tetanus and anti-snake bite injections are examples of passive immunity as readymade antibodies are injected.
