Endosperm is formed by triple fusion in angiosperm and it is a nutritive tissue which provided nutrition to the developing embryo. In most of the dicot seeds endosperm is completely consumed during the development of the embryo thus seeds are non endosprmic, exception is castor which is endospermic.
