Exoskeleton is present in phylum arthropoda. Nephridia are the excretory organs in annelids whereas this function is performed by malpighian tubules in cockroaches. Double ventral nerve cord is present in the nervous system of both earthworm (annelida) and cockroach (arthropoda).
