Solution:

Tracy (1990-1997) was transgenic modified sheep created at the Roslin Institute in Scotland to produce human protein α–1 antitrypsin for the treatment of cystic fibrosis and emphysema. In Tracy's milk, alpha-1 antitrypsin comprised 50 % of the total protein, a remarkably high level maintained after lactation. A human deficiency of this protein can cause lung diseases, and its artificial development was thought to be a possible breakthrough in the treatment of the diseases.
Clinical trials for the engineered protein in 1998 revealed that it developed respiratory problems in patients, and since then, research into the milk as a remedy for diseases has not continued.
