All birds and mammals are able to maintain homeostasis by physiological as well as behavioural means, which ensures constant body temperature
Humans have a constant body temperature i.e., 37 0C. The evaporative cooling by profuse sweating from the body during summer brings down the temperature. In winter, when the temperature of the body is much lower than 37 0C, the body starts shivering, a kind of exercise that produces heat and raises the body temperature.
