Peripatus has the features of both the annelids and the arthropodas. Features of Annelids (i) Presence of thick cuticle. (ii) Presence of simple eyes. (iii) Body is pseudosegmented and worm like. (iv) Excretory organ is nephridia. Features of Arthropodas (i) Presence of antennae. (ii) Respiratory organ in trachea. (iii) Presence of clawed and pseudosegmented walking legs.
